Job description

This role is ideal for a physician with experience or interest in Occupational Medicine and / or Urgent Care, offering a fantastic work-life balance with no nights or weekends, and excellent leadership support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor key clinical metrics, including quality outcomes and case management.
  • Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and payers.
  • Ensure compliance with state and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Actively participate in clinical leadership meetings to improve patient safety and business growth.
  • Oversee center staffing levels and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Board Certification / Eligibility is highly preferred.
  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but our client offers robust training for qualified candidates.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license.
  • Unrestricted DEA license.
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
