Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses
  • Board Certification or eligibility preferred
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary & incentives: $255,000 - $305,000 depending on experience and location
