Job description

Location:

Portland, Oregon's largest city, sits on the Columbia and Willamette rivers, in the shadow of snow-capped Mount Hood. It is known for its parks, bridges, bicycle paths, eco-friendliness, microbreweries, and coffeehouses. Iconic Washington Park encompasses sites from the formal Japanese Garden to the Oregon Zoo and its railway. The city hosts thriving art, theater, and music scenes.

Facility:

A walk-in clinic providing occupational medicine, urgent care services, physical therapy, and wellness. Our experienced clinicians treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains, broken bones, coughs, colds, and flu. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.

Opportunity:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM (No nights, calls, or weekends)
  • 100% center-based patient care with mentoring, leadership by example, and a focus on clinical excellence and patient experience
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, and satisfaction metrics
  • Work with center leadership and director teams (primarily DMO and Director of Clinical Services) to identify and implement clinical improvements and ensure workflow compliance
  • Maintain relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to promote market growth
  • Assist DMO and Executive Assistant in managing staffing and coverage needs
  • May observe drug and alcohol testing of patients as required
Compensation:
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
