Location:

Blaine is a suburban city in Anoka and Ramsey counties in Minnesota, United States. Once a rural town, Blaine's population has increased significantly in the last 60 years. For several years, Blaine led the Twin Cities metro region in new home construction. As a recreational area, Blaine County is known throughout the world for the quality and beauty of its natural environment and recreational opportunities.

Facility:

Walk-in clinic that features the company's signature design and upscale interior elements to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The center has numerous patient exam rooms, a spacious physical therapy area, and a patient-focused design to enhance the healthcare experience. It is conveniently located near local businesses and major roadways.

Opportunity:
  • 100% center-based providing direct patient care, mentoring, leading by example, and demonstrating clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborates under the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, patient and client satisfaction, and other facets of the practice.
  • Works with the Center Leadership and director teams (primarily DMO and Director of Clinical Services (DCS)) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance that foster an environment optimal for patient care.
  • Maintains and leverages relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth. Assists DMO and Executive Assistant (EA) in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
  • May be required to observe drug/alcohol testing of patients.
Compensation:
  • Many clinics offer working hours Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
  • Compensation package includes:
