Job summary

Family Health Center in Allentown, PA, seeks a Medical Director, Family Medicine, to provide clinical leadership and promote high-quality care across the continuum of services. The role supports efficient operations and improved access while aligning with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications include MD or DO with board certification, current PA licensure, and BLS certification. One year plus in community health settings is required; 3+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a public health or community clinic setting, preferred.
• MD or DO with appropriate board certification in specialty.
• Advanced degree (MMM, MBA, or equivalent), preferred.

Location: Family Health Center - Allentown, PA
Job Summary: This position provides clinical leadership to support the organization’s goals of providing efficient, high-quality care by promoting clinical excellence and integration across the continuum of care, optimal access, quality, and service excellence.

Work Experience:

• One year or more of experience in a public health or community clinic setting.
• 3+ years of experience in a public health or community clinic setting, preferred.

Education:

• MD or DO with appropriate board certification in specialty.
• Advanced degree (MMM, MBA, or equivalent), preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current licensure as an MD/DO to practice in the state of Pennsylvania by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
