Seeking a medical director to act as supervising physician and PC owner for a telehealth startup specializing in the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

The clinic will initially see patients for only 8 hours a week until fully established.

The physician will be responsible for completing patient chart reviews in accordance with California law and other mandated requirements as a collaborator.

We are looking for a physician who is positive and capable of:

• Owning the Professional Corporation (PC) with a Management Services Agreement (MSA)
• Supervising physician assistants as directed by California Medical Board Regulations/Rules
• Signing off on physician signature documents where physician assistants are not authorized

Must have:

• MD or DO with an unrestricted license in California
• Ability to undergo credentialing with private/commercial health insurance providers (e.g., UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna). Note: this does not include Medicare, Medicaid, or Medical.
• Experience in gynecology
