HealthDrive is seeking a part-time or full-time Medical Director to manage new admissions and collaborate with on-site Nurse Practitioners in skilled nursing facilities. This on-site role emphasizes patient-centered primary care and active participation in quality initiatives. The position requires a medical license, a valid DEA license, and completion of a U.S.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Must hold a valid DEA/Controlled Substance License in the state of practice.
• Completed a U.S. residency program and an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Medical Director or Attending Physician for skilled nursing facilities and participate in admin/quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to manage daily resident care.
• Attend monthly QA/regulatory meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
• Oversee clinical care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide high quality, patient-centered primary care by rounding on SNF/Rehab residents.
