The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track, specializing in pulmonary vascular medicine. Candidates should have substantial experience or advanced training in cardiology and pulmonary vascular disease, with an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree, and be board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Teaching: Serving as Pulmonary Hypertension Fellowship Director, mentoring cardiology and pulmonary fellows, medical students, and residents.
  2. Clinical: Inpatient and outpatient care of patients with pulmonary vascular disease and associated heart failure, performing right heart catheterizations, and cardiac imaging.
  3. Research: Leading or collaborating on NIH or industry-sponsored clinical research, with scholarship required on the clinician educator track.
