Bond Vet is seeking a Medical Director to serve as the clinical leader, ensuring patients receive a high standard of care, while guiding Clinic teams in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director will partner with the Clinic Manager and also fulfill Associate Veterinarian responsibilities.

This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay between $170,000 and $200,000 plus production, and extensive benefits and perks across our expanding clinic network.

The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.

This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.

The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic. In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.

What You'll Get

• Competitive Pay : $170,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $15,000 yearly stipend paid out with the normal payroll cycle. Does not count towards production.
