Bond Vet is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical quality and mentor the veterinary team across our Hoboken clinics. You will partner with the Clinic Manager to ensure high standards of patient care and a positive, collaborative workplace.

The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.

This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.

The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.

In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.

What You'll Get

• Competitive Pay : $170,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $15,000 yearly stipend paid out with the normal payroll cycle.
