Qualifications

• CMD certification is preferred for leadership in LTC settings.
• Strong regulatory knowledge for long-term care quality.
• Experience leading clinical teams and credentialing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Lead credentialing and interview processes for new staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Ensure DOH survey preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Provide direct patient care as part of leadership responsibilities.
