Job description

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time OB / GYN Medical Director for a physician-led Hospitalist program at Medical City Plano in Plano, Texas. Opportunity Highlights:

  • Full-time leadership role with an annual stipend
  • Clinical hours: only 6 (24-hour) shifts per month
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, parental leave, and 401(k) (Effective Day 1)

  • $50,000 Start Date Bonus (paid on first paycheck)
  • $10,000 Relocation Bonus (if applicable)

Opportunity Details:

Coverage Details:

  • Less than 10% hospitalist coverage
  • Level III NICU, subspecialty coverage includes Neonatology, MFM, Anesthesia
  • ABOG Board certification required
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • High-risk obstetrics training and 5+ years post-residency experience required

  • Patient care in delivery, triage, and full-spectrum OB/GYN hospitalist work
  • Managing physician schedules
  • Ensuring safe, quality care
  • Acting as liaison between hospital and Envision
  • Attending meetings as necessary
