Ampelis Health invites a Psychiatric Medical Director to lead clinical services with a holistic, evidence-based approach across our outpatient network. You will supervise psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists, driving integration of nutrition, mindfulness, lifestyle, and advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active, unrestricted Utah medical license or eligibility.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 2+ years post-residency psychiatry experience.
• Interest or experience in holistic/integrative mental health approaches.
• Leadership experience in supervision, program development, or medical directorship preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide medical leadership and direction for all psychiatric services across multiple clinics.
• Oversee and mentor psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other prescribers.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols aligned with integrative care.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and complex treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, ethical, and insurance standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address holistic mental health factors.
• Lead quality improvement, outcome tracking, and program development.
• Provide supervision and training on evidence-based holistic approaches.
• Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion (TMS, ketamine, coaching).
• Serve as clinical champion for whole-person health and mission.
