Britt Medical Search is seeking an experienced board-certified Psychiatrist to lead the adult inpatient and partial hospitalization services at a behavioral health hospital. The Medical Director will supervise PMHNPs and manage a clinical patient caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

Employment is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, call coverage, and a strong compensation package including a commencement bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist with leadership experience in inpatient/ PHP.
• Experience supervising other clinicians in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong collaborative and advisory skills with medical staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead the adult inpatient and partial hospitalization program (PHP).
• Oversee admissions, evaluations, and treatment planning for patients.
• Manage daily care of patients and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs and support staff.
