Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care and manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete same-day or within 72 hours documentation with correct E/M codes.
• Supervise mid-level providers and review charts as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
