Location/Division Specific Information: Based in the United States, ideally in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. This position is fully remote, benefit-eligible, with travel in a 10-20% range (international travel may be required).

Role Overview: Leads the clinical team for Nephrology indication, translating the TPP into a Clinical Development Plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the asset's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic medical insight and planning during all development stages; own the Clinical Development Plan.
2. Manage Global Clinical Trial Physicians, coaching and ensuring high-quality medical support.
3. Oversee medical aspects of studies, ensuring communication with management and study teams.
4. Ensure harmonization across studies and maintain communication with external stakeholders.
5. Lead indication medical ad boards as appropriate.
6. Build and maintain a top-tier team of development medical doctors.
7. Ensure compliance of all studies in the indication.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor or equivalent; Board-certified Nephrologist preferred.
• Relevant specialty education (e.g., Nephrology/Immunology); 3-5 years of pharma/biotech industry experience.

• Excellent English communication skills; ability to travel.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills in a global environment.
