Capital Health Medical Group (CHMG) is expanding its endocrinology department and seeks a Medical Director of Endocrinology to join our team. The role involves clinical leadership, quality improvement, and patient care excellence.

Position Overview

Pay Range: $240,077 – $458,715
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Opportunity Details
  • Provide quality clinically based patient care to a diverse population
  • Lead and provide clinical expertise within the endocrinology team
  • This is a full‑time clinical role with additional Medical Director responsibilities
  • Serve as the outpatient lead for the practices
  • Call schedule – shared call 1:6
  • Lead the Diabetes education program
  • Supervise and teach Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows; participate in educational activities of the Endocrinology program
  • Serve on and lead hospital and medical staff committees
  • Establish regular reporting mechanisms to monitor clinical activity
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address variances and implement corrective actions
  • Supervise and participate in quality assurance and quality improvement programs
  • Ensure financial targets align with both short‑term and long‑term goals
