Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision & Development: Supervise and develop the veterinary team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular case reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.
• Veterinarian Duties: Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, and medical/surgical procedures. Communicate treatment plans effectively with clients, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with the team to ensure optimal care.

Ideal Candidate:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid California veterinary license.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a veterinary hospital setting.
