Job summary

Southeast Community Animal Hospital in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal practice. You will practice medicine while guiding clinical standards, supporting team development, and shaping the hospital's future growth.

As a working Medical Director, you will mentor staff, uphold care protocols, and drive a collaborative culture with leadership support from Western Veterinary Partners.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent; NC licensure or eligibility.
• 3+ years of clinical practice; leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical excellence across the hospital.
• Develop and uphold medical protocols and standards of care.
• Mentor and coach veterinarians and support staff.

Education

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Licensed or eligible for NC licensure

3+ years clinical experience

Leadership experience a plus
