Southeast Community Animal Hospital in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal practice. You will practice medicine while guiding clinical standards, supporting team development, and shaping hospital growth.

As a working Medical Director, you will mentor veterinarians, uphold high-quality care, and partner with leadership to drive excellence across the hospital. North Carolina license required; sign-on and relocation offered.

Qualifications

• DVM (or equivalent) required with North Carolina licensure or eligibility.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership background.
• Experience mentoring staff and setting medical protocols.
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina and able to obtain state credentials.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical excellence across the hospital and uphold medical standards of care.
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff to foster growth and a collaborative culture.
