Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking an Associate Medical Director for IM/FM/Geriatrics to lead clinical performance across a Greater Orlando district, mentoring clinicians and shaping practice patterns with a focus on value-based care.

You will coach in VBC documentation, oversee HCC coding coaching at the point of care, and chair quality/peer review activities to drive district-wide improvement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida license.
• 3+ years practicing inside a downside risk or Medicare Advantage primary care model.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and influence clinician behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical performance for a district of 5 to 10 senior primary care centers across the Greater Orlando region.
• Mentor clinicians, shape practice patterns and uphold high-value care within the district.
• Coach for HCC documentation and VBC referrals at the point of care.
• Provide quality oversight and lead peer review across the district.
