Job summary

Qualifications

• Continued education is required to maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Group sales team to educate clients about products, programs, strategies and goals.
• Monitor and drive patient and client experience/satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain relationships to drive market growth.
• Lead collaboration across disciplines to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
• Advise clients on interpreting data and developing strategies.
• Provide strategic direction to Healthcare Delivery for program value narratives.
• Lead evolution of the group clinical data consultation model.
• Lead clinical growth of stop loss and high-cost claimant strategy.
