Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician for local skilled nursing facilities in Montello, Wisconsin.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, clinical leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on post-acute and long-term patient care. You will collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants, cover 1–2 days per week per facility, and enjoy generous benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board-eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Montello, Wisconsin. This part‑time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of post‑acute and long‑term care patients.

As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Position Highlights

• Part‑time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times
• No call responsibilities
