Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high‑quality care across local skilled nursing facilities in Springfield, Missouri.

This full‑time role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative practice environment with leadership responsibilities for post‑acute and long‑term care patients. The physician will partner with experienced NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care while providing clinical oversight

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geri, PM&R, or ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care as Medical Director/Attending Physician across local skilled nursing facilities in Springfield, MO.
• Lead and coordinate care with NPs and PAs; provide clinical leadership and oversight.
• Deliver patient‑centered care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support scheduling flexibility and avoid overnight shifts or call responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicatedMedical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across localskilled nursing facilities in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients.

As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Additional Facility Opportunities:

Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:

• Full‑Time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times
• No call responsibilities
• No overnight shifts
• 18 – 25 visits per day
• Flexible schedule that promotes an excellent work‑life balance
