PetVet Care Centers’ Oak Grove Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead medical standards, grow clinical programs, and coach a team of veterinarians and staff in Christian County, KY. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Hospital Manager and Regional Director for high-quality care and growth.

The position offers a base salary range of $140,000–$180,000 with a signing bonus, a 4-day work week, no on-call, and strong clinical autonomy within a supportive culture.

Competenze

• Veterinary degree from an accredited college (DVM or VMD).
• Current State Veterinary License and DEA registration.
• 3–5+ years of veterinary practice experience with leadership responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care across the hospital.
• Set policies for the practice of medicine and collaborate with leadership.
• Guide service integration to function as a cohesive team.
• Recommend inventory additions and manage equipment budgets.
• Direct patient care and ensure accurate, complete records.
