Winchester Veterinary Group, a well-established six-doctor small animal hospital near Boston, seeks a Medical Director to guide clinical excellence and mentor staff. The practice emphasizes 30-minute appointments, exceptional client relationships, and a collaborative culture focused on growth and mentorship.

Ideal candidates will be licensed in Massachusetts and experienced in anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry, contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts-licensed (or eligible) veterinarian with DVM/VMD.
• Ability to provide high-quality clinical leadership and mentorship.
• Comfort with anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and case management.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) DVM/VMD in Massachusetts
• Confident in anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and case management
• Skilled in communication, mentorship, and team leadership
