Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in PM&R or Internal Medicine Hospitalist.
• Full unrestricted medical licensure in the appropriate state.
• Federal DEA and CT Controlled Substances registrations.

Responsibilities

inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a full-time Medical Director in Waterbury CT Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine and Rehab or Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physician(s) with experience in rehab services working with a well-established and prestigious group known for stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is full-time working in a well-established hospital. This commitment is on a Monday to Friday based schedule. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement. We offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package. The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient centered compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.

Competitive compensation, $350K per year
