Role Description

We are seeking aNurse Practitioner or Medical Directorwho primarily works with skilled nursing facilities (SNF) / nursing homes to join us as anadvisor/consultant.The primary responsibility is to work with us to develop a potential partnership with SNF physician groups and tweak our existing product for that purpose.

Key qualities we are looking for in this candidate:

• Tech-forward and open-minded
• Well-networked in the SNF industry
• Articulate and good at explaining things concisely
• Responsible and communicative

This is a PART-TIME advisory and consulting role. The base compensation will be cash-based, but if we are open to discuss equities if you have extraordinary backgrounds.

The team is based in NYC but the role is remote so we are also agnostic about where you are, as long as you are in the United States.
