Job summary

VCA Neshaminy Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence and guide a dedicated team of veterinarians and staff in Neshaminy, PA.

You will oversee medical care, mentor colleagues, and promote advanced veterinary practices while maintaining strong client relationships and hospital standards.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in PA, or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with DVMs and staff to deliver world-class medicine.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, teaching-oriented environment.

Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time. We are open Monday-Thursday: 8 am-8 pm, Friday: 8 am-7 pm and Saturday: 8 am-4 pm (rotating Saturdays).

Compensation Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in PA, or the ability to obtain
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
