The Adecco Group in Mesa, AZ seeks a Psychiatric Medical Director to provide visionary leadership at a dedicated behavioral health and substance use facility. This full-time, direct hire role focuses on advancing integrated psychiatric care and supporting a high-performing clinical team.

Lead clinical operations, mentor a multidisciplinary group, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.
• Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical practice.
• 3+ years of leadership or medical director experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Title 36, medical detox, and involuntary psychiatric care.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for recovery-focused, trauma-informed care.
• Based on experience.
