Matlen Silver is seeking a Sr Process Engineer to support process validation activities on manufacturing equipment, collect data, and document results in validation reports. You will work with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to ensure processes meet requirements and assist with line setup and troubleshooting during production.

Cross-functional collaboration with the materials team and PPAP/ PFMEA related tasks will be essential, along with GMP compliance and ongoing Six Sigma improvements.

Competenze

• Engineering degree and at least 4 years of experience.
• Medical industry experience is required.

Mansioni

• Support process validation activities and run samples on manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and Engineering to ensure processes meet requirements.
• Assist with setting up components, fixtures, tooling, and equipment on the assembly line.
• Troubleshoot issues during builds and support process improvements as products move into production.
• Collaborate with materials team to ensure line setup for components/raw materials.
