Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 0–4 years’ experience in medical device development under FDA QSRs.
• SolidWorks proficiency required.
• Execution hands-on engineering role experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Machining or machine shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize requirements into testing solutions for disposable medical devices.
• Design and execute test plans and protocols to evaluate designs.
• Review test requirements and ensure plan completeness.
• Coordinate testing activities with labs and vendors.
• Provide assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Compile data and define changes to test equipment and methods.
• Perform data analysis and document test results.
• May assist in designing test fixtures and prototypes.
