Job summary

Elite Orthopedics LLC is seeking an Orthopedic Sales Representative in St. Louis to present and sell Arthrex products to surgeons and healthcare providers. You will collaborate with the sales team to cultivate relationships and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth while cross-selling related products.

A strong customer service orientation and knowledge of the industry are essential. This full-time role offers a base compensation with commission based on experience and performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a role that required strong customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Verbal and written communication skills equivalent to the college level.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Arthrex products and devices to surgeons and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with sales team members to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals across the assigned district and within sales focus area
• Execute sales plans and marketing strategies developed by Elite Orthopedics or Arthrex to support revenue growth
• Cross-sell other product lines to support the growth of other teams
• Serve as a primary customer service contact, responding to issues and helping resolve problems as they arise
• Deliver products and supplies to surgeons and healthcare facilities as needed
• Pursue activities required to maintain current knowledge of the product line and industry trends to support effective sales efforts
