Job description

Accountabilities :

Reports to the National Director of Govt. Sales. The role is accountable for closing accounts qualified by Inside Sales through in-services (demonstrations and negotiations), prior to handoff to Inside Sales for maintenance, and subsequently expanding sales presence in the territory through provider and territory expansion.

Context :

Plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance for "cluster calls" at Veterans or Sports Facilities, performing product demonstrations (in-services) and closing accounts at the customer and provider level. Also attend industry-specific events, such as sports conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and other special events.

Experience and Skills :

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of successful sales experience within the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, specifically targeting DME sales into Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic, Chiropractic, and Pain Therapies.
  • Educational or practical background in Physical Therapy, Nursing (RN / BSN), Biomedical, or Emergency Services is a plus.
