As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top medical device sales talent. This includes building trusted relationships with hiring managers, developing partnerships with HR Business Leaders, and collaborating with various COEs throughout HR. Our team takes a consultative approach to recruiting to find exceptional talent that matches our needs.
This role is remote and can sit anywhere within the US.
Competitive salary, performance incentives, and benefits. For Colorado, the salary range is $72,000 to $102,000. The final salary depends on qualifications and experience.
