How you’ll make an impact:

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top medical device sales talent. This includes building trusted relationships with hiring managers, developing partnerships with HR Business Leaders, and collaborating with various COEs throughout HR. Our team takes a consultative approach to recruiting to find exceptional talent that matches our needs.

This role is remote and can sit anywhere within the US.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop multiple sourcing options for active and passive candidates using advanced techniques.
2. Lead recruiting activities and strategic talent acquisition projects.
3. Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on offer negotiations and hiring processes.
4. Craft engaging job descriptions aligned with our employer brand.
5. Provide data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
6. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience recruiting field sales professionals and in the medical device, biotech, or pharma industry.
• Experience with ATS systems like Workday or Taleo.
• Proficiency in MS Office, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships across organizational levels.
• Team-oriented mindset and adherence to company policies, including safety and pandemic protocols.

Additional information:

Competitive salary, performance incentives, and benefits. For Colorado, the salary range is $72,000 to $102,000. The final salary depends on qualifications and experience.
