Job summary

Marquee Staffing seeks a Medical Device Returns & Warehouse Technician in Irvine, CA to support processing, inspection, inventory, and routing of returned medical devices.

You will handle warehouse operations, data entry, and product inspection in a healthcare setting. Hepatitis B vaccination is required prior to starting; a vaccination record will be provided if needed. The role requires detail orientation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
• Ability to enter and maintain information accurately in computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and correspondence.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process returned medical devices and products.
• Compare returned products against RMA documentation for accuracy.
• Enter and update return information in company systems.
• Create sales and service orders and route products accordingly.
• Inspect returned products and determine proper handling (repack, restock, transfer).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Safely handle returned healthcare products, including biohazard precautions.
• Prepare reports and maintain department records using systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory activities as needed.
• Follow company procedures and maintain attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
