Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Service Depot Technician II to troubleshoot non-conformances on customer returned Ivenix devices and determine required repairs in line with service depot procedures.

The role involves technical analysis, testing, and rework of non-conforming parts, thorough documentation of investigations, and supporting continuous improvement in local processes while ensuring safe work practices.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• Preferred associate degree in electronics; 1–3 years' experience or equivalent.
• Quality minded with attention to detail.
• Willing to work as a team player and have good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily quality and productivity.
• Setup, debug, and operate mechanical/electrical test equipment.
• Document investigations clearly and concisely.
• Perform failure evaluation and repair of non-conforming parts.
• Willing to work overtime during emergencies.
• Maintain a hazard-free work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform routine service depot operations and assist in continuous improvement.
