Job summary

Client, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking an R&D Engineer / Product Development Engineer in Franklin Lakes, NJ for a 12-month contract. The role supports the Verification & Validation Test Engineering team, leading test method development, measurement system design, and equipment validation.

Qualifications

• Must have Instron experience and be able to operate Instron.
• Must understand how the software is installed to develop methods. Blue Hill , Tensile etc.
• Attach samples of CAD work.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and lead test method & measurement system development activities.
• Collaborate with Design & Development, Systems Engineering and V&V teams.
• Lead testing optimization for Verification and Validation activities.
• Ensure product requirements are testable and measurable.
• Create and document novel test methodologies and provide feedback for design changes.
• Apply DFSS tools to improve method development and reduce iterations.
