The project engineer designs work packages and ensures delivery within time and budget while staying current with industry standards. Required are a Master’s or PhD, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD required in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Strong engineering and scientific concepts and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop test methods and protocols to evaluate medical devices.
• Create test fixtures to characterize medical devices and technologies.
• Design and develop electromechanical prototypes across multiple technologies.
• Develop simulated anatomical and physiological models for product testing.
• Set up and execute laboratory experiments; analyze data and prepare reports.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and external entities.
