Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related technical or quality experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience in a regulated quality environment is a plus.
• Experience with complaint management systems such as GCMS or TrackWise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate returned pacemakers and analyze reported product complaints.
• Perform product testing, root cause investigations, and failure analysis.
• Document findings accurately in complaint management databases.
• Maintain product traceability throughout the investigation process.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Review complaint information and obtain additional details when needed.
• Prepare investigation reports and supporting documentation for approval.
• Support updates to testing procedures and quality processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in complaint handling activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
