Job summary

Ingenyx, now part of Teleflex, is hiring a Quality Technician to perform inspections and testing in support of the Teleflex Medical Quality System. You will adhere to cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO Quality Systems while supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 2 years as a technician, and familiarity with GDP and Six Sigma methods. Expect a collaborative team environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a technician or equivalent.
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO Quality Systems desired.
• Lean/Six Sigma techniques preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certification desired.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving experience (DMAIC, 5Ws, Cause-Effect methods preferred).
• Experience with GDP and ISO Quality Systems is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Conducting material testing, analysis, and documenting results.
• Identify non-conformances and create NC records.
• Support process compliance and documentation in SAP.
• Provide daily production support and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and communicate data to Production/Engineering.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and QA procedures.
