Job summary

Xtant Medical is seeking a Medical Device Tech - Inspection & Fulfillment in Belgrade, MT. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on quality compliance, inventory control, and documentation across the production cycle.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, perform QC, manage ERP inventory and processing of surgical sets, while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA QSR is beneficial.
• Experience with manufacturing related Inventory Control software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 1271, AATB, MDSAP and ISO 13485.
• Maintain a safe work environment and dispose hazardous/non-hazardous waste per OSHA SOPs.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) as required by SOPs.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts in the ERP system.
• Track material with shelf life; discard expired inventory as needed.
• Receive/Inspect/Reprocess surgical sets and document control.
• Follow GDP, SOPs and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
• Report missing inventory to invoicing and ensure proper records.
