Job summary

Xtant Medical Holdings Inc. in Belgrade, MT, seeks a Donor Tissue Processing Technician to perform processing activities while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the Bio-Manufacturing Support Team Lead and supports supervisors in ensuring compliant operations across the Tissue Processing Department. The position emphasizes adherence to 21 CFR 820, 1271, AATB, MDSAP, and ISO 13485 guidelines, along with GDP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to acquire Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification.
• Experience in sterile environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of industry standards and regulations (21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 1271, AATB, MDSAP, ISO 13485) and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the company's mission, values and quality policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and proper disposal per OSHA and SOPs.
• Understand Xtant Medical products and their interaction with the Quality System.
• Perform decontamination, cleaning, and environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas and equipment.
• Attend to documented records and participate in GDP and safety procedures.
