Job summary

Skyelia seeks a Project Manager, Medical Devices to lead cross-functional programs from definition to commercialization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong design control. The role emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and rigorous status reporting across the organization.

You will guide the PMO portfolio, manage risk and quality plans, and ensure processes meet ISO and FDA guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• PgMP or PfMP certification preferred.
• M&A integration experience highly desirable.
• 2+ years in the medical device industry.
• 2+ years in a project management role or equivalent.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.
• Collaborative leader who excels in ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders.
• Understanding ISO and FDA guidelines as they apply to Product Development.
• Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional program leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives and programs.
• Establish and influence program stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Present data and recommend program improvements to senior leaders.
• Execute program plans (quality, risk, staffing) and maintain current program data.
• Drive PMO continuous improvement and optimize portfolio resource allocation.
• Track program progress and prepare detailed management status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company, FDA, and ISO procedures during development.
• Oversee lifecycle phases from concept to commercialization.
• Establish best practices for project management across the company.
