Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts and overtime hours when required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Ability to use and read measuring devices (rulers, calipers, micrometers).
• Understand regulatory requirements (QSR, ISO) in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to semi-complex tasks in preparation for medical device assembly.
• Certified as a Visual Inspector.
• Be a Delegated Trainer for one to five process WIs or EOPs.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining line balance.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstation, supply racks, and parts storage bins.
• Accurately record manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety and production standard operating procedures.
