You will read drawings, use measurement tools, document production data, and participate in process improvements while training other staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation and logbooks.
• Familiarity with measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
• Knowledge of QSR/ISO regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to semi-complex assembly and setup tasks.
• Inspect own or others' work for quality using basic gauges.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper inventory.
• Record production data and logs with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor less experienced staff as needed.
