Job summary

Plas-Tech Engineering LLC in Wisconsin seeks production team members to support the manufacturing of medical parts in a strict ISO cleanroom. You will operate, inspect, and document manufacturing steps to meet customer specifications, with training provided on procedures and blueprints.

Join a fast-growing team delivering life‑changing medical products. The role includes 12‑hour day or night shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM), with a $4.00 hourly night shift differential on top of base

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
English literacy for effective communication with supervisors and coworkers.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Basic mechanical aptitude and sound judgment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Work in a fully gowned ISO Class 6-8 cleanroom following established procedures.
Learn and apply cleanroom classification requirements with training provided.
Inspect plastic injection-m molded parts for defects and document findings.
Determine part acceptability using job documentation and specifications.
Weight, label, bag and box parts that pass inspection per work instructions.
Review product documentation and read blueprints with training provided.
Keep workstation and work areas clean and organized.
Identify and locate essential testing tools.
Support the production floor and other departments as assigned by your shift supervisor.
