Job summary

Materialise Medical in Plymouth is hiring a Production Operator for the medical manufacturing facility. This full-time role on 1st shift involves preparing SLS, SLA, DLP and SLM machines, performing post-processing, and conducting quality checks on surgical guides, implants and models.

You will help ensure proper delivery of products and maintain documentation, with opportunities to cross-train. A high school diploma is required; strong computer skills and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and lift materials as needed.
• Experience in GMP and/or ISO 13485 environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SLS, SLA, DLP, and SLM machines for builds.
• Perform post processing tasks.
• Perform quality checks of surgical guides, implants and models.
• Maintain matching of customized product and documentation.
• Follow procedures to ensure proper delivery of products.
• Assist in other activities at the medical production facility for cross-training.
