The role involves developing training, performing root-cause analyses, and ensuring timely maintenance schedules. The candidate should have 3+ years in the medical industry, strong analytical and hands-on skills, and proficient MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in the medical industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on skills with detail-oriented work and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations and environments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved product service processes.
• Develop customer training for product repairs, tests and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to projects, perform root cause analysis and reduce defects.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment in use.
• Manage project resources while monitoring process supplies.
