Job summary

A Packaging Operator / Medical Device Production Associate position in Parsippany, NJ with Adecco US, Inc. focuses on operating packaging equipment, inspecting implants, and maintaining production records in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include passivation/etching, grit-blasting, meticulous visual inspections, and strict adherence to GMP and cleanroom procedures. High school diploma or GED required; copy must be provided. This is a first-shift role with a pay rate of $19.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Copy of diploma or GED must be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and detailed visual inspections.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery to package, seal, label, and process products according to specifications.
• Perform passivation and etching operations per product requirements and blueprints.
• Clean masking fixtures and texture implants using grit-blasting and micro-blasting equipment.
• Perform 100% visual inspections of implants and inspect parts according to procedures.
• Remove PMMA overspray from articulating surfaces when required.
• Complete packaging operations with 100% accuracy and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, inspection records, and process logs.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all operating procedures, GMP, and cleanroom requirements.
